Physiotherapist (PT)
Brenna Casey is a Registered Physiotherapist in Ottawa & owner of FL!P who draws upon her vast and unique experiences as an elite athlete herself, as well as her professional work as an Athletic Therapist with various teams, and as a physiotherapist with athletes of all fitness levels. Brenna was inspired to become a Physiotherapist throughout her youth as a gymnast and life as a competitive trampolinist. Brenna competed on the World stage for over a decade, where she overcame many injuries in her athletic pursuits. Her accomplishments included earning three World Championship team medals and the honour of the 2004 Olympic Alternate Position. Thus, Brenna understands the importance of Fast recoveries, Lasting results and most importantly she has a strong passion for Injury Prevention! This has inspired her innovative FLIP Physiotherapy Centre in Westboro, Ottawa. In addition to Brenna's fun and outgoing personality and energized atmosphere, Brenna's advanced techniques, empathy and encouragement for recovery and her passion for prevention of re-injury set her apart!
