Dr. Jessica Toth is a force to be reckoned with. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences, specializing in Exercise Science and Health Promotion (Sheridan College), and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College). Her drive to provide exceptional client care led her to pursue additional certifications. Dr. Jess is passionate about treating various conditions, from joint injuries to sports-based injuries to severe chronic pain. She utilizes an evidence-based approach to assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans to restore dysfunction and prevent future injuries. Integrating spinal manipulations and mobilization, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, patient education, and exercise prescriptions, she believes in a collaborative and multidisciplinary effort to help each client achieve their recovery goals.
