Kris completed his Honours Bachelor of Science with Distinction degree at the University of Toronto and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree at Queen's University. Kris is experienced in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, returning people to their highest level of function, and improving people’s fitness level. Kris’ treatment approach is based on detailed assessments, evidence-based hands-on treatments, and functional exercises to return the body to its optimal function. Treatment sessions incorporate techniques from post-graduate level courses in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Neurokinetic Therapy, Mulligan Techniques, and Neuro-Proprioceptive Taping. Kris focuses on empowering his patients by educating them regarding their condition and methods in which they can prevent further injury or reoccurrences. He strives to build strong professional relationships with all his patients using a patient-centered approach, which allows patients to guide the treatments and progressions. Sports rehabilitation is an interest for Kris and he plans on being involved in the Olympics in the future. Kris works in various locations across the york and durham regions including Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Markham, Oshawa, Whitby, Newmarket, and Aurora.
