Rhonda received her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree (2007) from McMaster University and her Master of Science Degree in Physiotherapy (2010) from the University of Western Ontario. Rhonda’s fun-loving attitude and desire to help others, make her a natural teacher and coach. Her passion for human movement and form started with a competitive career as a gymnast with the Cambridge Kips. Rhonda discovered CrossFit in 2012 and she fell in love with the program. Rhonda joined the PhysioFitness Cambridge team at CrossFit Rebuild that same year and has never looked back. Her adoption of the progressive treatment model at PhysioFitness Cambridge and development as a CrossFit athlete have greatly influenced her treatment approach for clients and athletes. Rhonda’s post-graduate education includes courses in manual therapy, McKenzie and McGill techniques for the lumbar spine, Rock Tape, and acupuncture – completing the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program in 2011.
