Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

My name is chatelain Jean (CJ) and I am Registered Massage Therapist who is dedicated to the well being of my patients. I am active and enjoy sports, working out, reading, and fascinated with the anatomy of the human body. Our bodies were build to move and healing takes place in the presence of movement. As an RMT, my main objective is to facilitate the healing process to happen quickly and naturally.

My treatment style is one of subtle intensity which allows the body to de-stress, alleviate discomfort from chronic pain syndromes. My work inspires a sense of renewal to optimum function throughout the body. I have continued my education to McMaster University, and today, I integrate medical acupuncture with neuromuscular dysfunction, deep tissue work, reflexology, mayo fascias release, trigger points release and active release therapy.

I truly enjoy my work as an RMT and believe the power of therapeutic bodywork with the right intention has the potential to holistically change lives.
